How do I track my order?

Navigate to the courier’s website (e.g. Australia Post/Couriers Please etc.) and put in your tracking number to view your parcel’s journey.

What if I changed my mind?

You can return your item within 14 days, as long as it’s unopened in its original packaging.

Who are your delivery partners?

Deliveries are made by third party couriers such as Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex etc. If you’re having trouble with your deliveries, we’ll reach out to them on your behalf!

Are there delivery costs?

Delivery costs are dependent on your items and delivery postcode. However, free shipping is available for purchases above $99.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped 24-48 hours after it’s placed and tracking will be provided.

How long does it take to deliver?

Generally, deliveries to metro areas will take 7-14 business days and a little longer for regional areas. Unless there are unprecedented events or force majeure, your parcel will be delivered smoothly and safely!

Do I have to be at home to receive my orders?

Being at home is optional. If you are not home, couriers will leave an option to reschedule your delivery or leave a card for you to pick it up from your nearest post office.

Can I return or exchange my items?

For unopened items, you can return it under a Change of Mind return. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, please reach out to us and we’ll sort it out for you. :)

What do I do if my items are damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Do you have a phone number I can call?

We currently do not offer phone support but we are available via live chat on weekdays from 9am-6pm (UTC +9.30/10.30).

Do you have a retail outlet / showroom?

At the moment, we do not have a retail outlet/showroom. Once we do, you’ll be the first to know!

Do you offer Click and Collect?

We currently do not offer click & collect.
