Warranty Policy

In this policy, MXMT PTY LTD, operating as AVOKADO & SUPA SUTOA, will hereinafter be referred to as 'Company,' 'we,' 'The Company,' 'The Store,' or 'our.'

  1. Warranty Coverage

1.1. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer warranties on select items. We offer a minimum of 12 months warranty on all products. Some items may have extra warranties. Please refer to the product listing or product packaging for more details.

1.2 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

1.3 You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

  1. Making a Warranty Claim

2.1. If you believe your product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team within 10 business days of receiving the item. We require proof of purchase and additional information such as photos or videos to process your warranty claim.

2.2 If your product is defective and you contact us after 10 business days from the receipt of the item, we reserve the right to refuse any claims. 

  1. Warranty Exclusions

3.1. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, or improper installation. 
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
  • Items that have cosmetic damage to the box, packaging, or any exterior surfaces (including damages caused by couriers).
  • Items where proof of purchase cannot be provided.
  • Items where proof of damage such as photos or videos cannot be provided.

  1. Resolution of Warranty Claims

4.1. If your warranty claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If a replacement product is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit equal to the purchase price of the original item.

  1. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Our liability under warranty claims is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products.

  1. Lodging a Request for Warranties

6.1 Please provide the following information when lodging a warranty claim:

  • Order name
  • Order email
  • Description of the issue
  • Item name
  • Date of purchase
  • Photo and/or video detailing the issue
  • Proof of purchase
